Survey Project Development

The following are considerations to take into account when developing a survey project:

  1. Identify the decisions and plans that will be influenced by the survey.
  2. Identify the specific information needed to clarify the issues, questions and ambiguities.
  3. Identify the tools that will be used to get the information in appropriate ways.
  4. Identify what analysis needs to be done to clear up the uncertainties of the present situation
  5. Identify how the research and analysis will be communicated to leaders and the mission community
  6. Identify the issues and questions the survey is to impact.
